Smooth do-it-yourself check-in. Staff were very friendly and helpful - free glass of wine each evening was a great time to wind down and plan next day! Thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyone - loved our stay!!!

5/5 to the hotel for: 1. Location: If you are using public transport as the hotel is in a building in a pedestrian street. Worked well for us as we loved being on just the fringes of inner city, yet in a vibrant neighbourhood with no traffic. Vienna is overall very clean, and the location is just perfect to commute. 2. The comms: Very responsive and friendly staff. Each one of them was ACE! You will not see any frosty Viennese hospitality here:) 3. Breakfast was small but nutritious and wholesome. We quite like it though those seeking variety or traditional English hot food might be disappointed. There is bacon and eggs to order.

This hotel hired really nicest and most professional people at the reception, not only they work fast for the check in, they also give you tons of really nice recommendations for your stay. I love these kind of small hotels where the owner not just put a button on an app and ask you to solve everything online yourself. We absolutely recommend you this hotel.

Very comfy bed and modern bathroom. Size of the room is just enough for a big suitcase. Amazing location in Vienna, just next to metro station. Nicely decorated inside with a little library.

The hotel is amazing. The stuff is welcoming and helping that location is great. Many shops and restaurants around. Love to stay here. I've already was here before and I pretty sure I'll come back again

Spotlessly clean, very well managed, staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee on tap all day, bowl of fruit and the breakfasts were lovely with fresh ingredients and choice of hot breakfast. Comfortable bed, shower effective and hot. Situated In a good location, very close to underground, access to integrated transport systems is excellent. We had a really lovely time and would definitely go back - and thats not something I say lightly.
